hehe don't worry Canada has its fair share of police complaints. Like how Robert Pickton was able to kill (drug addicted) prostitutes for so many years in Vancouver. The OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) and the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) and even the VPD(Vancouver Police Department) have all had their share of high media cases within their own ranks.
